Delete your account

If you would like to delete your RentEase account (and associated personal data), you can request deletion by contacting our support team.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to rentease890@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. In the email body, include:
   • The email address (or phone number) used to sign in
   • Your full name
   • Your role in the app (e.g., Tenant, Landlord, Manager/Admin) if applicable

What we delete

We will delete your account and associated personal data, subject to any data we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations.

Processing time

We typically process deletion requests within 30 days.
